From the date of receiving, you can return your purchase within 14 days only if:
→ It is unused and in the same condition as you received and
→ It must be in the original packaging.
* You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
* Please ship back with a tracking number and insurance.
* All custom-made items can’t be returned or refunded.
Refund
Once we get your returned item:
→ We’ll let you know as soon as possible by email if the refund is approved.
→ If it’s approved, you will obtain the refund automatically through your credit card or the original paying method.
* For credit card payments, it may take 2-5 business days to process the refund.
* Please forgive that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept exchange only if your item is:
→ already damaged when you received it or
→ different from what you ordered.
* Please take photos for evidence and contact us here within 3 days for solutions.
